She is the CEO/Owner of Girls Fight Back and Empowered Journeys, the world-renowned personal safety and self-defense companies that teach women and people of all gender identities how to live confidently and open up their world while being their own best protector. Nicole is also the founder of Outdoor Defense, her YouTube series that teaches personal safety skills for solo outdoor adventurers. Nicole and her companies have taught millions of people over the last 2 decades through their various interactive programs, keynotes, seminars, and workshops. Nicole’s clients span diverse industries including military, corporate, college, outdoor, tech, Fortune 500, healthcare, athletes, and more both domestically and abroad.
